SureStay Plus by Best Western Fremont I-69

The breakfast was ok. Was doing breakfast with family so didn't really need. It was quiet. People at the desk were very pleasant. Place looked clean and neat. It is located near our family so we didn't have to spend to much time driving to them.

The staff, especially Jennifer- we became fast friends. We were travelling with our basset hound, Wyatt. Jennifer welcomed us with open arms, and even sat on the ground with Wyatt! The room was large and exceptionally clean. There is a spacious dining area with numerous breakfast options. There is even an outdoor seating area. We appreciated the elevator given Wyatt is a low slung hound. After 14 days of travelling, this was the best hotel yet. It was very quiet in the room despite a hotel that was fully booked, including revelers going to a Notre Dame game the following day.

The facility appeared to be older from the outside, but it has been updated and maintained very nicely inside. The room was updated, very clean, quiet and very nicely sized (we had a king suite). The staff was always nice. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options. The location was very close to Pokagon State Park and local food options. The room was very clean, the towels were very thick and large and the bed was comfortable. Our room had wood outside the window so it was quiet.

The room was a nice size, clean, and it was nice to have a TV guide and good selection of channels.

The lady who checked us in was nice. She also refilled my coffee in the morning. The hotel is remodeling and there is construction material on the grounds. Our room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t receive a code for Wi-Fi.
