SureStay Plus by Best Western Fremont I-69

Very good location off Ohio Turnpike. Easy parking lot. Pet fee was $39 with tax, very fair and compared to some chains. Nice areas to walk peacefully around motel without bothering anyone. Rooms were very comfortable. Was able to get ground level room which was great with our old dog.

The location was great. The comfort was good. The bed was a little too soft. It was quiet. Breakfast was adequate. It was the usual cereal, scrambled eggs, biscuits, and gravy, fruit, bagels, toast and jam and coffee, tea, fruit juice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff, especially Jennifer- we became fast friends. We were travelling with our basset hound, Wyatt. Jennifer welcomed us with open arms, and even sat on the ground with Wyatt! The room was large and exceptionally clean. There is a spacious dining area with numerous breakfast options. There is even an outdoor seating area. We appreciated the elevator given Wyatt is a low slung hound. After 14 days of travelling, this was the best hotel yet. It was very quiet in the room despite a hotel that was fully booked, including revelers going to a Notre Dame game the following day.

The facility appeared to be older from the outside, but it has been updated and maintained very nicely inside. The room was updated, very clean, quiet and very nicely sized (we had a king suite). The staff was always nice. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options. The location was very close to Pokagon State Park and local food options. The room was very clean, the towels were very thick and large and the bed was comfortable. Our room had wood outside the window so it was quiet.

I loved the property it was very nice, the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing.
